23 August 2019 – EASTHAM, MA – The Village at Nauset Green, Eastham’s new affordable housing development, opens for occupancy this fall. Eastham residents get 65 percent priority in September’s housing lottery, and an investment from both Orleans and Wellfleet means all Barnstable County residents get a 10 percent priority as well.
