Eastham Public Library Turns Fines into Food for the Holidays

06 December 2019 — EASTHAM, MA — Eastham Public Library’s amnesty program turns fines into food. In exchange for donations of non-perishable food products and everyday personal items, Eastham library patrons can eliminate overdue fines while simultaneously helping a fellow member of the community in need.
