06 September 2019 -EASTHAM, MA – Village at Nauset Green Developer Pennrose held a lottery at the Eastham Elk’s Club to set the priority order of the 263 households applying for its 65 new housing units. The first 65 picked get first dibs (after an interview and background checks) when the building open this fall while the remaining applicants land on a wait-list.
