Information Board Advertising Specifications

The Map and accompanying Street Index and Points of Interest is one panel of the IBoard. The second panel lists the Hiking & Biking Trails surrounded by IBoard Ads. IBoard Ads have corresponding grid coordinates on the Map panel to show location. All IBoard Ads are 7.875” W x 6.915” H. The new IBoard will replace the panel shown below.

• All Photo Ads are 4-color
• Space is limited. Participation in this advertising opportunity is first come, first serve.
• Group advertising is acceptable. One vendor representative shall be responsible for the contract and payment.

Terms and Conditions:  The advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold the Eastham Chamber of Commerce and its agents harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claim arising out of publication.  The Chamber shall not be liable for any costs or damages, if for any reason, the Chamber fails to publish an advertisement.  The Chamber also has the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency jointly and severally liable for such monies that are due and payable to the Chamber for advertising which the advertiser ordered and was published.  All advertisements are subject to approval.  The Chamber reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order or space reservation at any time.  The advertiser or its agent may not make cancellations or changes in orders after the closing date.  In the even of any error or omission on the Information Board, the Chamber assumes no liability for the losses resulting in, nor any obligation to correct the error or omission.  For paid advertisements, the liability is limited to the amount paid for the advertisement in which the error occurred, for the issue life of the information Board.  The Chamber assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions occurring either in non-paid advertisements, editorial content, or in paid camera ready/digital advertising submitted to the Chamber.  No conditions other than that set forth here shall be binding on the Chamber unless specifically agreed upon in writing by the Chamber.  Conditions are subject to change without notice.
